MinSci Flux · The concept behind our workflows

Your process, your systems, plus AI

MinSci Flux is how we build your workflow: data pulled from the systems you already use, AI handling the repetitive steps, and a person signing off wherever judgment matters.

What Flux is today

Three pieces, one loop

Flux treats information, people, and AI as interchangeable steps in the same loop — each doing the part it’s best at, so the work moves faster without losing a quality check along the way.

Connectors

Links to the systems you already use — task trackers, lab notebooks, instrument logs, email, and more. If you use one we haven’t connected yet, we build it.

Engine

Runs each step in order, giving AI the work it does well — drafting, checking, sorting, matching — and giving people the calls that need judgment.

Workflow settings

Describes your workflow: which systems, what information, how often. Changing the workflow means changing its settings, not rebuilding the software.

Sketch your workflow

What does your process actually look like?

Drag together the steps your team does today, or start from a common shape and edit it. Each step hands its work to the next. It doesn’t have to be tidy or complete — sketch what you know, and the rest is our work.

Pull data from

Process it

Send it to

Drag a step onto the canvas, or click it to add. Then click one step, and click the step it flows into, to connect them.

Or start from a common shape

Illustrative examples, not products — pick one to load it, then change it until it looks like your process.

A sketching tool, not the live engine — nothing here connects to real systems. See a real engagement built this way

Built to run where your data already lives

Flux runs inside your environment by design — no third party touching lab data, nothing to take on faith. It fits alongside systems you already trust, and the exact deployment shape is something we work out with you based on what your team and compliance actually need.
